The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Subscription to the online training course allows access to the course for a period of 12 months. Unless renewed, a subscription will end the calendar day before that on which subscription came into operation.
Paypal subscriptions will be renewed automatically every 12 months. If you decide not to renew your subscription, you may cancel it via your Paypal account at any time before the end of that subscription period, and in accordance with their terms and conditions. No further due subscription will then be deducted.
You may cancel your subscription within 7 days of payment only if your subscription has not yet started. By ordering a subscription, you agree that when subscription starts within 7 days of payment, your right to cancel that subscription term ends. A subscriber’s unique log on user name and password in combination are for his or her exclusive access only. They may not be used by any other individual to log into this website. Any breach of this condition will result in liability of that subscriber for a further individual subscription fee for each unauthorised subscriber, and may result in the immediate termination of membership of the original subscriber or subscribing organisation.
Each delegate is only permitted one set of log in details.
Local authority / company subscriptions are available to delegates from the same local authority or company only.
